Our goose package includes confit goose legs with juicy meat (for crisping up at home in the oven) as well as all the traditional side dishes: homemade potato dumplings, apple-red cabbage, baked apple with a fine marzipan filling, and aromatic goose sauce.
All components are vacuum-packed and chilled upon pickup, ready to serve , and provided with simple preparation instructions .

Goose Package - 6 people
Description: Goose package (ready prepared, vacuum packed)
Contents per person:
1 confit goose leg (approx. 550 g)
1 portion of potato dumplings (2 pieces of 90 g each)
Apple red cabbage 250 g
Baked apple with marzipan filling 120 g
Fine goose sauce 200 ml
Note: For packages with multiple people, the quantity of each component will be multiplied accordingly.
Preparation recommendation:
Goose leg: Heat in the oven at 160°C fan-assisted for about 15–20 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy.
Potato dumplings: Heat in gently boiling water for 10–12 minutes.
Apple red cabbage: Heat in a pot or in the microwave.
Baked apple: Heat briefly in the oven or microwave.
Goose sauce: Heat in a small saucepan over medium heat, do not boil.
Packaging: Vacuum packed, chilled
Storage: Store at a maximum of +4°C. Consume within 24 hours of opening.
